Boiled Crushed Corn 1 Cup,
Boiled Meshed Potatoes 1/2 Cup,
Carrot Grated 1/2 Cup,
Salt to Taste,
Corn Flour 2 tsp,
Fortune Rice Bran Oil 4 tbsp,
Some Corn Leaves.
For Stuffing :
Home Made Paneer 3 tbsp,
Cheese Grated 1 tbsp,
Green Chillies Chopped 1 tbsp.
Fresh Coriander Chopped 2 tbsp,
Red Chili Flakes 1 tsp,
Black pepper pwdr 1/2 tsp,
Onion finely Chopped 1 tbsp,
Salt to Taste.
** In a bowl Mix together Boiled Crushed Corn, Boiled Meshed Potatoes, Carrot, Corn Flour and Salt.
** For Stuffing, In another bowl Mix together Paneer, Cheese, Coriander, Red chili Flakes, Black Pepper pwdr, Onion and salt.
** Now stuff above stuffing in Corn Potato Carrot Mixture and Seal properly. Make Tikki shape. Roll in Corn Flour.
** Brush Corn Leaf with butter and put Tikki and fold the leaf. Roast in the pan till leaf get Brown with Butter.
** Serve hot with Mint Coriander Chutney.
