My Inspiration are always my Kids, My Daugher asked me Mumma, what's this about new Colgate MaxFresh ? I told why don't you check it out dear... and she saw Allu Arjun & Anushka Manchanda's peppy energising song on TV and start dancing in front of TV with this upbeat Music track of Taazagi Ka Dhamaka ! And what else ? I downloaded this track and my Gymnastic champ began tapping her feet with #MaxFreshMove. Since the lyrics & the energy of the song is so mind blowing and her dancing with all Zatak Matak Zatak Matak Dhamaka, my younger son and his cousins also joined with her and danced so enthusiastically in their own style. It was so surprising that his two years old cousin also joined and showed his cute lovely moves of #MaxFreshMove with full style and energy. Kids really don't need any prop to engage themselves, they find entertainment on their way, by themselves only. Holding pack of Colgate MaxFresh and dancing freely made them so much engaging and enjoying.

Magic Begins with #ColgateMagicalStories

#ColgateMagicalStories

In an age of digital technology where communication happens at the click of button or key,
Essentially certain emotions are universal. So are stories. We all get hooked to television, technology and social-networking sites. But stories are wonderful ways to boost creativity and help imagination soar. And what if kids are given to create stories on themselves with some characters and things.

When I handed these Colgate Magical Stories packs and told there is some magical, some surprises inside the packs to my both kids, their excitement was at a peak. Soon they explored a castle, some characters, trees etc Immediately they decided to built their own Kingdom and create a story. They also dressed up like Royal family and involved in story. the cut the shapes, collected some Sand, Colours, Papers, pencils, cotton etc and set up their kingdom and their creative juices flowing.

Colgate gave an opportunity to think outside the box and unleash my kids creativity and having their head filled with ideas.
Not video games or watching TV but to be able to entertain themselves effectively because it made them think.

                                                     Thank you Colgate

Moment that filled you with Optimism and Hope for Future

Hello readers, this is my first blog for indiblogger. I have heard about indiblogger from my friends and read on net. I find it very interesting. a very good platform for bloggers.

Today I am going to share a #lookup story with you hope it will help you to become positive and optimist in life. Its a story of my friend. He was born rich. his father's business was at high point. they have factory, office, big bungalow, personal cars of each family members, etc.... The perfect life. No worries and tension. This father had always like to invest in share markets. He had used to invest a lot in it. But one day the market had gone down and he lost most of his assets - factory, home, office, etc... Suddenly they fall down from top. It was the worst period of their life. My friend had came to me and describe all the things in detail. How and what happened to their family? I was also shock. It was really strange and unbelievable. But this is destiny. Anything can happen any time.

My friend and his father were totally broken down. They didn't know from where to start? The only one member in his family was quite calmed and stabled. She was his mother. I know her from my childhood. Really amazing lady. Always positive and optimist. She never complain or blame her husband (My friend's father) about his situation. But at the other side she completed give her supports to his husband and continuously motivate.

Once there was a incident. I had gone to my friend's house after the big disaster happened with them. I saw his mother as smiling as before. There was nothing to serve in their home, but still she offers me sweet rice. That was the first moment that filled me with optimism and hope.

After that she always motivates my friend to work. But the father and son both are hope less. His mothers are excellent cook. She loves cooking. She then start tiffin services by her own. Initial for her its quite difficult to manage. But she never give up. Her tiffin services earns good amount of money. Now my friend and his father also joined her in her business. And soon they are planning to start a restaurant.

Really what a inspiring story. I have learned the biggest lesion of my life form this. Many times in past I was give up in small things but after this great story I just feel, that I was complete wrong. I should never give up and never lose hope. If you work hard then the success is yours only.

Hope all of you find it interesting.
Thankyou.

Lauki Dum Banarasi

Lauki Dum Banarasi or the Bharwa Lauki is a delicious preparation of the Vegetarian Royal Recipe inspired by Cuisines of Nawab. The Stuffed Bottle Gourd is simmered in a nut rich gravy and smoked to give the authentic taste to the Nawabi Cuisine.
Ingredients
1 bottle large gourd, peeled and cut into 1 inch thick slices with center pulp scooped out
Ingredients For The Stuffing | Bharwa
1/2 cup paneer, crumbled
1/4 cup unsweetened mawa / khoya
1 tablespoon almond chopped
 1 tablespoon pistachio chopped
2 tablespoons fresh coriander chopped
1/2 teaspoon amchur | dry mango powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon green chilli finely chopped
salt to taste
Ingredients For The Curry | Gravy
3 tablespoon ghee
an inch piece of ginger
3 cloves of garlic
2 onions, roughly chopped
3 large tomatoes, pureed
2 tablespoons cashew nuts
2 cardamoms
2 cloves
2-3 dry red chilies
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
2 tablespoons fresh cream
1 teaspoon garam masala
salt to taste
1 piece of coal
1 teaspoon ghee
2 tablespoon fresh coriander chopped
Method
Steam the bottle gourd in a steamed until lightly tender. Don’t steam too much, as you don’t want the bottle gourd to become too soft. Remove from steamer and keep aside to cool.
Combine all the ingredients for the stuffing in a mixing bowl. Fill the steamed lauki with the stuffing.
Heat a shallow pan with a little oil on medium heat. Place the stuffed lauki on the oil and shallow fry until the filling and the lauki gets a little golden brown from the sides and center.
For the Gravy:

Grind the cashew nuts along with a dash of water to a smooth paste.
Soak Cashew and Poppy seeds in warm water for 30 minutes and ground to paste. Keep aside
Grind the ginger, garlic and onions into a smooth paste and keep aside.
Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan; add in the ginger garlic and onion paste and sauté on medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes until the raw smell goes away and is lightly browned. Add in the cardamom, cloves, dry red chillies, turmeric powder and sauté for a couple of minutes. Next add in the cashew nut paste, the tomato puree, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt and garam masala powder. Stir for another couple of minutes until the tomatoes begin to come to a bubbly state.
Stir in the fresh cream and give it a brisk boil. Finally place the stuffed Bottle Guard into the gravy. Cover the pan, turn the heat to low and allow the Bharwa Lauki to simmer in the curry while we prepare the coal for smoking.
Place the coal on the flame and allow it to become red hot. Once you notice that the coal is red hot, place it in a small heat proof cup. Place this cup of coal on top of the simmering Bharwa Lauki. Add a spoon of ghee on top of the coal. It will begin to smoke. At this stage, immediately close the lid  and allow the mixture to simmer for another 5 minutes. This helps the Bharwa Lauki to get the smoked flavor.
After five minutes, turn off the heat, stir in the chopped coriander leaves. Spoon and transfer the Bharwa Lauki to a serving bowl.
Serve the delicious Bharwa Lauki or the Lauki Dum Banarasi along with Plain Parathas, Naan or Phulka’s
Note
You can substitute stuffing with boiled mashed potatoes instead of Mawa
